class customer service. All emails are answered within 24 hours.
We have been in business since 1998 and we know what it means to make every
customer happy and satisfied.
You will not stop to be
pleased with our games and our service!
To get support, please follow the next three easy steps:
1.
Step: Please read
through our FAQ (frequently asked questions). You
can find it below. Many issues are already solved there. You can also
check the FAQ
of your software vendor RegNow.
2. Step: Read through our public forum and search for topics relevant to your
request. Feel free to post any of your questions. We have a very helpful and
friendly fanbase, which may even answer your question faster than our support
staff.
3. Step: You may email us at support@nielsbauergames.com. If
you are already a customer, please make sure you include your order
identification number (this is different than your license ID). You will receive
an answer within 24 hours.

"I didn't receive an answer
within 24 hours!"
Please give us at least 24 hours to answer your request. We promise that we will
answer your request as soon as we can. If you do not hear back from us within 24
hours, there may have been a problem with either your email, or our response
email.
Your email may have been filtered out by our Spam-filter. This
may be prevented by using a clear and understandable title, such as "[Product
XYZ] - download problem".
Our response email may have been filtered by
your Spam Filter. Please check your filter to see if it may have been placed
there.
If you have not received a reply within 24 hours, feel free to
post your question on our public forum. We check our forums regularly.
"I didn't receive my game!"
First please understand that except where explicitly stated there is no physical product
(e.g.: CD) shipped.
After purchasing from the US software vendor RegNow, you will receive a download link
to the game immediately after your payment has been processed.
When you buy by credit-card the link will be instantly displayed on the
website after finalizing the order and emailed to the email account you
entered in the order form. For all other payment methods your download
link will be emailed to you once you payment has been received.
If you can't find it in your email
account your email provider might have an anti-Spam filter in
place that filtered it out. In this case you should contact us
immediately (see above) or RegNow at http://www.regnow.com/cs
"I have problems downloading the
file."
"I get the error message 'file corrupt' ".
Some browsers have problems downloading large files. This can result in the
download being interrupted in the middle of the process without you even
noticing. In this case the downloaded .exe is incomplete and cannot install the
game.
There
is an easy and fast solution. You can download a free trial of a
download manager software like GetRight.
This will make sure the whole
file is downloaded and you can start playing the game right away.
Alternatively, you can try downloading the file again. In many cases, a second
or third download attempt resolves this problem. |
